Friends,

India housing and real estate lo invest cheyyadam at the moment safe yena (or) somtime late next year varaku wait cheyyadam better antara.

Next year job cuts and uncertainity emaina downturn tiskelthunda Indian market ki lekapothe as usual ga indian real estate stays flat during bad times and never comes down.  Share your opinion.

With rupee depreciation , over heated real estate market for more than a decade , recession or slow down round the corner , difficult in bringing back the money , difficulty in enjoying the fruits of the investment for you or your kids , maintenance issues in longer run if you have older parents or in-laws who may not be able to continue watching the investment , why do you want to invest in Indian real estate?

If you plan to settle here what point does it serve actually?

do you plan to go to India and then live after a few years? in which case , it makes sense to plan and invest to safe guard your future, otherwise this is a headache ani db experts eppudo chepparu in many threads..

If you think from investment standpoint Yes, why not if it's a good deal good place. Stocks lo petti bokkal pettukune badulu it is better. India real estate is always hot. US real estate is inflated right now

Is it turkamyamjal junction inside or our side? 80k chala high not sure on current prices, appa junction kismet pur side emi leva?Leva?? Those will be faster to gavhibowli etc

True stocks lo mast mandiki bokkal paddayi including me. Kondarki millions kondarkii 50-100k range.

Just put it in SnP500.

Or transfer to Betterment.

Stocks are low.....good time to invest and forget.

This is a fed induced slowdown...it will go back up....think longterm.
