Weekly 3 times each 1 hr session ki month ki $900 plus gym membership $60 avuthundi and 6 months contract. but it looks expensive for me monthly $1000 . Private ga search chesthe desi Punjab guys car garage lo mini gym pettaru. Weekly 3 days month ki 400 avuthundi. All you need is self discipline. There are tons of youtube videos to guide you on workouts to get ripped body. 4 Quote

ilakatamaflia Posted November 13, 2022 Report Posted November 13, 2022 Bro,good to have trainer and discipline but bfr signing up gym trainer first singn up gym and make a habit of going regularly and dn look for trainers and see if trainers are training per the schedule, gym trainers commericial untaru, if they trained u for couple of days in a week dn they will attend u jst 10-15 min in next schedule, then they vl go back to new trainees ! Naaku gym lo okadu desi friend ayyadu, regular gyM came but trainers issue unde, lucky gaa spoke to a guy(nallodu same gym regular vastadu kick boxer) itla weekly pay chestam vl u train basics ante … sure annadu but u have to keep confidential ledhu ante nee gym mbrship cancel chesi dobbutaru, He does his wrkout and used to train us !! Protiens suggestions etc ichhaevadu.. nice guy.. later he didnt take a penny! Bro code ….jsut chilled once to buy him some nice food and drinks on his cheat day.. desi galla training /driving clasess doubt ee naaku ! 2 Quote

Took gym membership and going to gym from last 2 weeks regularly. And took personal training starter pack from gym for $250 for 7 sessions. Now this personal training from gym asking $900 per month which is too much. just today found a desi guy born here anta. vadu regular ga gym ki vastadu, monthly $400 tesukunta , gym vallaki teliyakunda kalisi workout chesinattu chepistha antunnadu.
