Plus went to a dietitian and explained my medical condition. With both of their inputs I was able to reduce almost 30-35 lbs. I slowly put on weight again but health wise I am in a better shape. It may have affected my ability to even eat properly forever. i try to avoid people now, and concentrate more on myself. people still disgust me. 1 Quote
