900 $ for personal trainer 

r u in very very HCOL area , or daily training ? 
what you need is 1 to 2 days of training , most areas 40 to 50 dollars per week 

When I was going to gym lot of people helped me and corrected me 

to be frank no need for trainer , but if you don’t have discipline than better to have one

I have gym membership 

personal training ki they charge $77 plus 13% tax . Weekly 3 sessions and 6 months contract.

Start doing pushups everyday with slight variations and in 30 days u will see lot def and built chest muscles

do supplement ur workout with protein

To begin with portion ur rice to 50-60gms (raw) per meal u can add lot of veggies and make pulav . No more sugar or sweets or other processed carbs , do this for 2 weeks and let me know if u find any diff. Each body reacts diff to carb reduction

almost there for 6 pack bro...burning fat in the tummy area was not that easy...wasit size reduced from 33 to 29..

initially you won't see any changes at least for the first 2-3 months bro...okkasari koncham change kanipisthe, neeantha nuvve satisfy ayyi regular ga velthav gym ki...discipline is really important and I personally prefer working ou early in the morning..
