ORR lopala ayithe - 50-60 lakhs ki 200 SqYards plot vasthundhi anthe.. 
Growth is little slow.. But overall 5-8 % increase vuntundhi per year.

Shadnagar town lo chudu kaka…you will not repent. DB lo oka anonymous guy Ki suggest chesa and he bought the plot in shadnagar societies at 9k/yard in 2019 and he sold at 30k recently…
