Vachi emi peekadaniki don't expect much movement until atleast last year filed 485 with pd still current to be cleared off that will take atleast few months into the first quarter after that also if they plan to establish pd for eb2 row and eb1 itself it means that don't expect much in eb2 or eb3 india movement

Higher pay job or any life changes plan inte best to move and start gc with new employer if the next big movement takes another 5 or 10 yrs..naku telisina 2015 and above pd friends oak 20 to 25 ppl changed jobs last month..

With current lay offs and no hiring I guess ROW demand will be less. At least we should expect forward movement.I m  to the people loosing jobs.

agree. frankly..if the technology you are working is hot, no one is looking at what status you are on. they will apply for H1 easy
