Ya in us.. 2 weeks go easy, 6 weeks dont lift heavy weights

Don't get open surgery, takes longer to recover 1-2 weeks. Go for laparoscopy, you can return to work in 2-3 days for smaller scar.

Umblical hernia occours in tiny kids, but they dotn operate since its not lethal... untill the baby grows like 3-4 yrs they do the surgery... I know a indian doc..who can help you giving right answrs for ur questions ..if ur worried..
