Steel case or Herman Miller. They are not cheap but good. Marketplace lo used unna, they are worth investing

no need to go for expensive ones. any decent ergonomic chair is good. If you sit for long hours in any chair no matter how much ergonomic or comfortable it is, you will still have problems in the long run.

Frequent breaks (standup and walk for a while) and simple exercises  are very important. will keep your back healthy without cramps and aches. Also you will need exercise for your neck.

Ee chair kante best chair inka edhi vundadu. Most of the offices use Herman Miller Aeron chairs. Not cheap quality it’s best office grade quality. I have 2 chairs in my office room. Also suggested to 2 of friends and both of them said they feel very comfortable with these chairs. If you feel pricy check it in fb market place you can get it around 300-350$ used one. Even used chairs also chala solid ga vuntai
