anyone did custom declaration form for us doller cash in Hyd airport ? how it works ?

 if you want to deposit usd $ cash in NRE account, they allow only 5k without customs form. Anything above 5k they will ask for custom declaration form.

But funny thing is, if you ask for this form in airport - they say customs only for gold not for cash. adi ee bank vaadu vinadu, idi chepte aa customs vaadu vinadu !

I know direct wire or xoom or online is available but this option anyone tried ?

this i know .. xchge local bangaram dokanalla vallu kuda istaru - connection unte. ikkada question bank NRE account to cash deposit. looks like no one tried or find out.
