regular workout .. good sleeping and eating habits also very important ..

it takes time to train your mind and body on portions. For me it took almost a month to reduce my portion size.

One thing that helped me was increasing veggie portions, and increasing protein .

we are not that active like we were in early 20s. even when walking in college our pace would be faster compared to now.
