Plus what 12 hours. He replies to every tweet on Twitter every single day like a jobless person. I don’t think he has a team to handle that. Vaade cheppali inka hardcore work gurinchi. Mostly anyone who is worthy will take the offer and leave. Market is still not so bad. Only people whose circumstances won’t allow them to leave will stay.

Ani anukunnaru…alage jarigindi kuda…but over prolonged period of time such offerings and benefits valla ekuva pani cheyadam kadu, chese pani kuda agipotundi…

Such perks were the rewards of hard work put up by previous generation workers who out in thoughts and time…someone who is jining a team after everything is set up, vallaki perks ichi paducheyadam thapa emi ledu

benefits and perks are good but they need periodic changes.

Totally agreed. 2 yrs back tesla stock ni choosi prathi sari adhey avuthadi ani expecting kondaru. People should jump the ship.

if my guess is right, tesla will see massive resignations in 2023-24

i know few ex tesla employees. Musk used to visit office even on weekends.

He is world's richest person and is running multiple highly successful companies. We are nothing compared to him.

Also, all successful CEOs are like this- brutal and expect 100% time and commitment from the staff. We didn't know much or people forget - but Steve jobs, bill gates etc all were jerks when it came to how they demanded and expected the staff to perform.

Steve jobs is known to fire a random employee on the way down on escalator by asking one or two questions....

He fired a women because she covered her nose in elevator as he was stinking - he is known not to take bath for days at a stretch... Even in California summers. 

Chill... Elon and Twitter will be fine
