12 hours em karma? He literally sleeps in the factory as the machines break frequently and needs people to be there to fix them. He even got divorced due to no time for his wife.

His plan is to fire as many employees as possible and replace with a few hardcore people who works like crazy. In every team, there will be 2-3 people who takes lion share of the work and he wants to replace the entire team with those types of people. Even if he pays 2-3X salary, it is well worth the effort.

I hope he wont get all the Tesla employees into Twitter and screw up Tesla in the process.
