Can you guys look into this status message for drop box visa. Is the below message common that its still under process. 
I had my drop box appointment on nov 4.

Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application.

keep eye on emails. you will get interview date and time assigned by consulate. interview ki povali emi adagaru just cross check chestaru.

I am seeing this status since 4 days but no email received or sms. 
Should i reach out to customer care to get more accurate details.

Idi generic message. It would take 5-7 business days depending on the embassy !

next status should be either Issued/Approved if the visa gets approved !

I had same generic message dropped of at hyd location for chennai consulate status changed to approved and then issued took 2 weeks from this status to issued.
