H4 EAD

For some reason ma employer delay chesadu to file h1 extension. Ippudu doing paper work to submit kani ma wife H4 EADextension kuda kavali.Mid march lo ayipothundi EAD still didn't apply. So is ther anyway US lo ne undi to extend H4 I94 and after that apply H4 EAD.

Best : get your H1B extn in premium processing ,  ask  your wife to go to Mexico or some border to get I-94 extn using your approved new extension .

Recently many cases are approved in 2 months if you do h1 premium

it is hit or miss , especially if H4 has valid i-94 beyond 60 days

About to apply for extn ..If all 3 H1, H4 and H4 EAD okesari file cheste . H1 approve ayyi H1 1765 tho near by border ki velli i765 extn cheyocha fr H4 ead ki. H4 and H4 EAD processing lo undaga?

You can give a try bro many people succeeded I am assuming in worst case some I94 period is left , 

Many people in this db posted they had success by air and a purposeful trip like vacation instead of just driving back the same day at borders
