youngsters move out of villages and towns to big cities where they get jobs.. if AP cannot provide them jobs, they move to Hyderabad or other big cities.. when they have kids, they are counted towards that state population.. 

In a way, it means that young people are migrating out of AP… it kinda makes sense as there is no capital expenditure from the state govt and only welfare.. construction is down and land values are way down..
