He is true ,I bought in sai Balaji township for 5k per yard in 2016,it’s now around 30k to 35k there,all high rise buildings,premium place in shadnagar

That’s like niche place in Shadnagar….my first investment and still holding. Bought in 2017 at 5500 per yard and later on added few more plots. Last one in 2019 at 11k/yard. All of them are at 30-40k now.

Overall ga, Shadnagar is a better place to invest. Rates baaga perigi poinayi but still not a bad place…in and around town lo 150-200 yards plots have much bigger demand than the ones that are far away from the town like those townships and ventures..
