Real estate and interest rates go in a cycle.. there are always ups and downs.. but what we had 1-2 years ago was a historical low in the interest rates and they won’t be back to those rates anytime soon… but house prices will fall drastically by next summer

Interest rates might take sometime to come down but house rates will come down for sure in next couple of months I think.

Interest rates taggav and house prices will be flat for next 4 yrs. After that interest rates may come down to 3-4 and house price will rise drastically ... technically there's no point in waiting anymore

US is acting as if dollar is super strong...but internally inflation is devaluing dollar crazily. Saudi and Russia are gonna bring it further down.

Nobody can predict how future is going to be.. so buy the home that u can afford , regardless of the current and/or future situation

Looking at the current market trend, there are houses that are still going at the list price and there are houses that are going ~15% below list price with in the same area. If you need a house and you can afford, just go for it. House prices will not come to pre Covid levels!! Interest rates will come down to ~4% may be in 2 years and house prices will go up to next level in the coming years.
