I am not sure what’s going on. Tinagane full sleep coming glad we are wfh but I want to be active during the day. 

edo prob anukoni ani tests chepicha all are normal. But coffee kuda panicheyatledu baa darunanga undi. Tips chepandi for living an active life style with dietary changes?

Cut down your carbs intake and try to go out to walk to skip sleep

Are you sleeping enough in the night? Sleep early and at least 8-9 hours and check if that helps.. Netflix and other OTT’s vachaka chala mandi sleep cycles change ayyayi

nidra vaste padukoni levu... take 15min power nap.. evening early ga paduko...7pm kalla..
