lol. I don't think is as easy as you say

usually insurances won't pay 100% what doctor charges. they bargain and do get big discounts. if you pay in advance means you are forcing them to pay 100%

Is it really worth it? Lot of time wasting on phone calls, waiting for refund, stress ..worst case lo money raakapotey?
