Car accident Lawyers are calling

 my wife was in car accident and car is totaled 

The other car was at fault and they got ticket 

we will pay for EMS , ER visit , Rental car 20 % after insurance pay 

Multiple injury lawyers called and saying we shouldn’t pay for any these and ask us to file a suit 

I am not sure is this is a good idea ?? 
 

they are saying other insurance will pay for it and not the person 

did any one deal with this kind of things 

should we go with a lawyer and claim from other insurance

every state requires all to have Liability insurance.. ee case lo aa person kattindi nee kosame.. nuvvu dollar kattalsina avasaram ledu.. avatali insurance ilaaney calm ga vundi drama chestadi.. don't got for lawsuit until you ask and they deny.. supreme court holds opinion in all cases that if the other person doesn't know, they are not liable.. so vallaki inform cheyi.. ee kharchu ayina aa accident valla.. andariki cover avutadi.. kontha mandi mundu nundi vunna verey issues ni kooda daantlo kalipesukuni chooyinchukuntaaru..

You can directly call the other insurance and ask them. Any Insurance won’t take more than 2 weeks at most. Meanwhile you can ask hospital to hold on ER bills. Check the same with rental car agency as well.
