Apartment in a gated community on Golden mile road in Kokapet

Bought an apartment in gated community on Golden mile road in Kokapet for investment purpose. Thinking whether I should hold it for 2-3 years or sell it now ? I know there is lot of buzz around Neopolis SEZ. Experts please provide your input.

In 5 years you won’t find land there, it will get as expensive as Mumbai or Delhi, Kokapet will be the most coveted destination not just in Hyderabad but more likely south India as it is being built in a planned manner with roads, underground utilities etc. there will be a lot of demand for housing in Kokapet and surrounding areas
