Car stolen

Hi 4 days ago my car was stolen 

today there was message change password for my Apple ID 

I called customer care for IP address so I can notify the police 

they didn’t give me address 

they said send a phishing report to apple 

Is there any way we can figure out who tried to login

This is fake ID ,not sure how you can create similar ID 

I am busy with my work 

I request fake Id to stop this , i think this not good thing to do
