Carlson Place, Georgetown, Austin

Hi friends,

Did anyone purchase a newly constructed single family home at Carlson place, Georgetown, Austin? I see couple of builders i.e., primarily Pulte homes. Please share some thoughts about this community and the builder if anyone has. The houses are in 400k range and approximately 20 miles from the Domain. Any pros and cons to buy here or suggest better places in Austin.
