Correct, it won’t work for all cases. Usually high risk pregnancy, graduation laantidi allow chestaru and any other medical reason they believe requires visitors help. I doubt any other reason is allowed.

interview and drop box both india lo they released bulk slots 3 days back, still are available from jan to sept 2023.

I know people booked H1, H4,F1  Jan slots 2 days back.
