Nee prime vendor ki pampina nee CV lo fake experience lekapothe, confident ga reject cheyyocchu. Imagine if that guy is in this DB and he came to know that you are in the selection process. If came to know that you are the reason for the rejection, he may contact your prime vendor and inform the vendor about you. The chance of it is very low, but consider all possiblities without impacting your current situation.

1) just pick the right candidate and move on. This is best case.

2) straight away reject him.

3) help him by trying to give him job.

iam with him since 3.5 years,I bought him 4-5 consultants and good business he trust me
