Lennar just started dumping 5000 homes to rental investos at steep discounts.

The place where I stay, new apartments are coming up in 2023.

I see lower rents already

Yeah … for most of my friends and ours they didn’t increase rent during the lease renewal …. Looks like rentals cooled a bit

Winter lo apartments ki low demand vaa.. I have always renewed my lease in Winter.. always got away with a minimal or no raise in the rents.. 

summer la schools ki, job changes ki ekkuva move avtaaru.. so more demand..

It's all about when the school calendar starts , those two months  will see highest rental growth

Next summer will be even less.....its start of a trend.
