Adding to your point Anna after sacking Etla health portfolio was with KCR for many days there was no health minister during corona turmoil ennui rojula tavrtha harish Anna got it , off course he does wonders in whatever responsibility he gets

People like KTR are needed for any state for "IT Minister"- who can talk, build personal relationships with MNC leaders etc.. Love him or hate him  - 

MNC CEOs , India heads are under tremendous pressure to deliver - they are just looking for some safely for next 3 to 5 years. 

India IT is going to grow for foreseeable future - it is up to the states to grab their pie. 

Blore grew too fast. Hyd has room to grow.

When TDP is in power, there is some momentum for Vizag - especially for IT services. Some companies started their offices there. 20% genuine, rest are setup to grab land deals . 

Now, even those 20% are missing. Unfortunate. 

Lot of shady BPO, Scamming companies are operating from Noida, Calcutta etc... but even they are not coming to Vizag - perhaps North people have better english than south?

APNRT in collaboration with APEITA has brought seven IT companies to Amaravati in continuation of promoting IT/ITES infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh. IT Minister Nara Lokesh inaugurated the IT companies today at K-Business Spaces in Auto Nagar, Vijayawada.

Around 280 jobs would be created by these new companies. The seven IT companies are Inspire Labs Technologies, Supreme Netsoft Pvt Ltd, Nveira Technologies, Steinmetz Integrated Learning Solutions, E-Learn Solutions Pvt Ltd, Dr Computer, Cresol Infoserv.
