annayalu , how you guys stay indoors and active in cold weather areas? cali lo eee years rains/snow valla last few days bayatiki velladam kudaraledhu and feeling bore. Mid/East guys How do you guys manage this for 2-3 months?

30s lo unte temperature jacket gloves ear muffs anni vesukoni bayata walking ki vellatame. That way I reduce my time indoors to around 2 months January and February when it will be sub zero. Other months I still try to stay active by walking outside at least a couple of days per week

Calif lo entha undi temperature now? Bay Area or south California? You don’t need heavy snow jackets if temperatures are mild. Layering is what is more important. Ee year e nenu manchi jacket konukkunna. Previous years I wore 4 layers. That creates insulation. Ear muffs are important though
