East godavari and guntur  districts are majority arid zones with no irrigation facilities. If you look at the sub division within these districts you will notice a lot of the areas are actually very poor like  palnadu 

United andhra pradesh valla current andhra pradesh lo ekkada emi development ledhu except vijaywada , tirupati (due to TTD) and visakhapatnam (Due to central organisations)

After new state formation , a vast majority of Krishna district got irrigation canals and nagarjuna Sagar dam 

Unlike godavari delta , Krishna delta was almost all built in Andhra state

Most of the agro and acqua income is highly unreported and unaudited. If you go deep into Godzillas you will see how high the quality of food they eat vis-a-vis the consumption of diary products like milk, curd, pure yougurt and Fresh aqua food like prawns, fish etc abd in general the snacks they consume are the best in entire AP.
