Em undi bayya, if you worked for any witch , meeku telustunde. Micromanaging/ treating subordinate as slave/ no respect to subordinate personal time (ping him even at midnight), no management skills/ no idea about how to help/develop subordinate professionally , evi machiku konni.

Inka top of the line Dallas lo nenu chusina manager uncles (andaru kadu, some typical worst kind of desi managers) - hire only they know at personal level/ same community/caste, worst enti ante hiring a contractor even through there is no real need and getting kick backs from staffing orgs.
