40% is a big hike… I would say join the new company and stay on your toes.. we don’t know which industry gets impacted in a recession.. make money when you can.

Just go ahead. End of the day it’s all money that we are here for. Retire early make money now. Work life balance antava it all depends on your experience. If you are in it for 10+ years I’m sure you can manage that easily.

My current company can handle a recession better than the new company according to my peetha burra .. so thinking..

Bro another thing. Since you are changing to hospitality think about it. Recession lo first affect ayyedi travel and hospitality industry. So if you join now if they have to layoff first new hires ni lepestaru. Btw what company you are switching to.

Thats the only concern I have .. did not decide on switching yet.  If at all, it is going to be hilton ...
