I finished my FT interview with one of the big banks on Nov 7th and I got a class from HR recruiter on Nov 16th that they are ready to offer. Since then I am waiting for the offer letter, didn't receive and no updates. On Dec 9th when I sent email to Hiring manager, he came back that they are still working on the budget and roadmap for 2023, i.e., this position is kept on hold till Mid Jan. No one knows what will happen in Mid Jan.
