this is actually a law for first time gun buyers - kaani this is not implemented for secondary gun buyers -ante evariane persaonal ga gun ni ammeste he will not check if the person buying from him is mentally sound - this is a loophole. daani kooda close cheyyaru everu adhikaramu lo vunna sare.

My roommate cried when this happened .  Still Not sure why he got so emotional . 
 

I was very shocked scared and sad . But seeing my Roomie crying made me feel “am I heartless ?”
