They are supporting existing h1s..,ex colleagues ki they applied for renewal.. Quote

Jalsa456 Posted January 31, 2023 Report Posted January 31, 2023 I have firsthand experience of going back to old employer for filing gc 485 ..I went to new employer for 1 yr and when myb485 dates became current went back to old employer but after finding a new project with old employer they filed a h1b transfer because my previous petition was valid but was almost expiring in a month or two Quote
