Will there be any issues going back to old employer if that h1 is not revoked yet..lekapothe malli kotta application veyyala? One month ayina old employer has not revoked it yet.

No issues make sure at the end of the year your W2 is above or equal to lca to rule out any kichidi issues

Thanks bro.. W2 is above as I payroll run by the current company for 2 months

@csrcsrbro, company has the opening but not sponsoring h1s. Kaani USCIS case status shows my old h1 is still in approved status. Asked my old manager to confirm. It's been 3 months, so paata h1 tho velthe issues emanna vuntaya..

Don't think so as long as it has not been withdrawn 

You company may not sponsor new h1 but not even doing transfers for example if they allow yiu to join on old h1 will they do renewal?? Or create any problems. Nit sure your 140 paristiti

I140 is already there..so adi l8..company last time I left ,did mass layoffs so they cannot sponsor now..manager emo it's better now and no issues antunnadu. They are supporting existing h1s..,ex colleagues ki they applied for renewal..

I have firsthand experience of going back to old employer for filing gc 485 ..I went to new employer for 1 yr and when myb485 dates became current went back to old employer but after finding a new project with old employer they filed a h1b transfer  because my previous petition was valid but was almost expiring in a month or two

Nice bro.mine is valid another 2.5 years.. I left in 6 months after getting it extended

as long as your old visa has not expired, you can join back
