Documents for parents coming first time

Mother coming first time to US, I will be accompanying her. What are the documents needed at POE and what are the standard questions that are asked for tourist visa?

I was told recently that she would need a return ticket which can be cancelled later? Is the really necessary ?

Please add other documents/ experiences that you think will be needed

Return ticket... what is the purpose of travel adugutharu.... so if you're with her.. u both can go to same officer at same time, that way you can reply for any other questions..... Insurance plan lo dont go for cheap nor expensive plan... just go moderate plan which might cost around 500$.
