But both the jobs have to be on EAD and make sure one employer is reqdy to give you 485j if required to certify the job is in same role

Also make sure there is no conflict of interest from your main/present employer. Some of them have restrictions that you cannot work in same domain or role etc... for a competitor in the same field.

That’s correct. Naku thelsina oka patha colleague got into trouble. He did not do a wet ink of confidentiality and non competent agreement but sop lo e signature undhi.
Iddaru employers attorney notices pampincharu but he said he went for settlement. For it was lot of stress for him, he lost almost lost close to $150k in settlement and other charges.
