It’s worth .. I did travel in etihad airlines .. last min lo bid chesina paid extra 1250$ for seat … really worth for long flights

Yes .. u can bid anytime but 72 hours before evaluate chestharu and last min lo confirm chestharu 

 

open manage book click on upgrade then you will see bid option
