We don’t know the full story… looks like the passenger didn’t get the food or seat that he selected when booking the flight… usually they have very little extra food on the flights.. and they try to accommodate as much as they can..

but indigo lo eoudu incidents avtha untaye.. monna first time ella kotha flight chinnadhi but i somehow dont like indigo. Always prefer air india with in india..

Indigo is a low cost airline.. like spirit or Frontier in US… you won’t even get water here if you fly on Frontier and Spirit.. you cannot expect super service on a low cost airline.. even the air hostesses are low paid compared to the other airlines..
