guys stop fighting people who is fightng here ever been to any of these sites. I have been to AP secrateriat. I am not sure how much it did really cost but it should cost way way less than TG secratariat for below resons.

 

1. no demolition and removal of comcere waste in AP like old buildings etc.

2. since AP sec  is temp all structure built in AP used ready to use material. Like most outside structure built the same way contractors built in USA. this is just to save cost. since cbn had a plan to built a permanant structure again. So he did cut down costs as much as possible. You dont need to be an civ eng to notice these cost saving measures. like windows, slabbing, outside evrywhere, floring dine using simple tiles vs marble you can see money spent carefully to cut costs and  this also applicable to AP high court.

3. TG sec is not a temp plan at the end this sec will beat any other sec built and being operated in india in size, tech etc. These buildings are being built using high energy standards and several other operational cost saving tech is being implemented here. The intial cost might be more but the end it saves so much through the life if operation.
