it is easy for US to deal with them if they are in US, india lo red tape ki indian govt 10gi dandal pedatadi Eff Bea eye vallu India lo edavalu adige paperwork ki FBI cannot deal with them directly. IAS/IPS edavalu wont do anything until their hands are wet

It all boils down to Indian govt acting directly on them through IT Act with evidence from Eff Bea eye.
