They ask employer details and employer signature on it. They have immigration details as well. Unless the original employer is willing to sign it , position work out avvadhu

i had to let go an oppurtunity due to this .. i9 form lo marpulu cherpulu cheineeki oppukoledu 2nd emp . it felt risky for both of us .
