1. pacha card EAD meeda work starting ki, em cheyyali? (i-9 form ...etc )?

2. naa I-94 kuda eh1b tho patu expiry chupistadi ga, adi ela update avuddi pacha card EAD dates tho?

3. inkemaina process vunda ee transition ki?

Nothing, Just I-9 update cheskunte saripothundi. Status is no longer governed by I-94. DL renewal ki use EAD. Thats it.

Nothing bro hr ki isthe they will update I9, even 94 expires you are within status as your 485 is pending (it is a status)

Baane dare chestunav did you downgraded?? Just in case eb3 munduki vellina keep options open with employer who filed 485 good luck

Dare anadaniki emi undi  bro once yiur file is reviewed and its in CRP the chances of rejecting 485 is almost zero unless we commit some crime , due etc

If you are ap is expired then issue , some people want freedom paying money for these extensions etc as you said conservative we maintain but if we ant to be aggressive free ead ap is not bad option

No one can gurantee bro with dates be ready for upgrade downgrade just in case
