i will suggest to maintain employment with current employer as downgrade upgrade scenario might come up again

We have filed many downgrades for people, especially back in 2020 when EB3 jumped ahead of EB2. The process involves filing a new, 2nd I-140 and selecting EB3 in the form. The fees would need to be paid again . It can only be filed under regular processing and based on the online processing times, that could take 18-20 months. We can attempt to upgrade it to premium after a few months, but that's not always guaranteed to go through.

so you did not downgraded to eb3 in 2020 ? if that is the case suggestyou to stick to employer for 4 months eb3 might (only might) move ahead

Y everyone is so afraid of EAD/AP? Its a lot better than having to go through the H1 stamping etc and the freedom of doing multiple jobs or no jobs... I made the switch and have no issues. Know some who are did/doing it for 7+ years. I believe all this $hit is probably coming from Teddy that being on EAD is dangerous.

Ninnu EAD lokelli nookithe how can thy make money, simple logic. Suppose, for suppose....485 deny ayinde anukundam, H1 lo vunna kuda appeal chestham ga. I understand we may lose status after 485 denial, but appeal chesi gelisthe all those days are not counted towards unauthorized period of stay. INA 245(k) allows upto 180 days of unauthorized stay in extremely worst case situations. 485 deny aithe we r screwed regardless.

If his priority date is 2012, why take risk ani… I understand your argument.. but even if there is a slight chance of having the more than a decade long wait go waste, why even take that risk? We can use AP for travel and may be use spouse EAD for any business you want to run.. you can still be a part of the business without drawing a salary..

Pacha card EAD vachindi..  Parole denied as I went to out of US.
Just few days back US vachaa.. Have to apply for AP again
