Em analo ardham kavadam ledu.. I don’t support Harish Rao’s statement but there is some basic understanding of government funds, after BJP govt introducing 1 tax system most of the funds states are getting are from center and they are not allocated in time. 
ikkada BRS government cheysina mistake enti antae they are prioritizing projects rather than salaries, it could be strategic also cornering BJP is the reason for delaying salaries… until employees are felt pain they won’t realize..

the whole issue of financial crisis is due to center not allocating compensation of gst. Okasari kerala news chudu bro, they are in the verge of financial collapse, all non BJP rule states vi idhae problems.. antha seetharaman daya..
