You cannot say they dont "need". Rich people have multiple citizenship. Repu congress vacchi corruption lo bokkalo pedhtanante  they have to escape kadha ?

India doesn’t allow dual citizenship. You need to renounce your citizenship. Except Indian citizenship you can have anything else.

Endhukellara us ki ? neeku confirmed ga telusa ? 

I already gave why us citizenship - to cover the political risk in india. if caught in some corruption then can flee.
