still too early about the builder for me. Just checking apartments near lutz, Wesley chapel -- I have to commute thrice in a week to office..so distance wise check chesthunna.

I am also planning to move from PA before school start. Nenu ade vinna. Chapel and riverview good ani.. 9th grade son ..before high school days ..want to move.

Every state has pros and cons, my kids love outdoor activities and getting sick with cold weather so preferring hot weather
