Where to invest this new year

Have some savings but can’t plan house now due to interest rates. India investments and properties are all done what I wished for. 
No idea of what to invest here ? What do you suggest to invest which make steady income not stocks?

did u already contribute to ur kids college fund?

u can contribute 15k per parent to each kids 529. So for each kid that’s abt 30k.

HSA is another place to park funds.

alreqdy told u abt 401k max also.

then CDs or just index funds.

U can still contribute for future kids on ur own name and change beneficiaries later. Read up online before u do it though, not sure if anything changed recently.

Everything looks good how ever there are more disadvantages in 529 than advantages … I am on do not invest in 529
