If Govt is in charge of political meetings/shows then no opposition road show or public meet will be allowed in India citing inadequate public safety measures 

Govt only ensures safety for VIP's , rest is done by local leaders. Usually the MLA candidate. CBN is not responsible for it but the local organisers are

Year lo 6 months full curfew, 3 months fog & snow...and the remaining 3 months you can have free circumcision of chulli and FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) ...
