Vaallu cheppevi very basic and simple things untayi - kaani they ask a bunch of Qs and start slow in terms of recommendations. All the solutions they provide are simple things - dont drink coffee after 5, phone pakkana pettandi etc. but very few cases lo they recommend to check for inflammation, talk to pcp etc. melatonin ala recommend cheste i would say use that as an extreme last resort. once you get used to it, it will stop working after an year or so and that when the addict in you kicks in. 1 Quote
