Those jobs are permanently gone..only federal clients and clients that cannot outsource engineering are still hiring..for that you need citizenship

Look at job reports bro. Jpoo wants higher jobless claims and more unemployment. Inflation taggaaaalanttteee job market sammpaallli. Tech itself is not job market gaaaaaa

This is there from beginning kada bro for example amazon. Salesforce , service now etc are having second largest techshops out side US in hyd they are smart very well paid too (this is outside what companies do to service companies like tcs infy etc)  it's open market as long as therr is good feature roadmap from product , engineers are still needed here to drive but off late all the hiring is on tech modernization , on prem to cloud,  containerization malli adi sakaga cheyakapothe they have to spend huge to cloud providers edo okadni chusi inkodu nor sure what is real net saving

These things can be done any where may be wr have to work in core tech or other industries to lo we have to have niche skill to drive , else regular backend api cloud mannu mashanam will not be relevant for long I guess

Not really after covid Companies realised  even principle architect jobs can be outsourced to India phillipines ...

 

I will give you an example.. I am consultant to multiple clients..where I develope design, implementation  and call it a day..not moonlighting..genuinely consulting multiple clients..

 

All these clients sold out closed their office space..and built leased new office space exclusively for vp , presidents CEO ..

 

So they kept core operations... While engineering and remote field operations all outsourced or kept remote where engineers are available for cheap..as long as they sit inside USA.

+1 , I think I posted in other thread sometime back , neenu work cheese company shutting down customer service for some departments and outsourcing to India 100s of jobs gone in few months
